Transport to the meeting is provided to and from Basel Campus.

15.00 CET – Bus departs Basel Campus (maingate) going to The Oeschberghof
(pre-booked spaces only)

26th September
17.15 CET – Bus departs The Oeschberghof going to Basel Campus (maingate)
(pre-booked spaces only)

Please note that the bus leaves sharp at the above published times on the 24th and 26th. If you arrive after this time, you will be required to make your own way to or from the venue.

Parking

If you have requested a parking space at the Oeschberghof, please make your way to the parking garage on arrival.

Taxi Service

Dress Code

Attire

Attire is business casual for the conference and evening events. Weather can sometimes be cooler in the evening so bring a light sweater/jacket. A photographer will be taking professional headshots during the event. If interested, please plan accordingly.

Outdoor Team Building

As part of the meeting, we’ll have an outdoor team-building event. Please bring suitable outdoor athleisure clothing for the season, including appropriate footwear. You can check the weather forecast using the link provided in the section below.
